WHAT GOES INTO A SINGLE BUILD
On a standard advanced police vehicle — one configured to run any color, any flash pattern, and the full suite of functions — our harness shop averages 333 wires per car. Every single one gets cut to length, printed with labels, terminated, and inserted into the correct connector by our harness technicians. Our team runs approximately 105 circuits per hour.
